Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using DCS Sports.

Last updated 16 July 2026.

Acceptance

By using DCS Sports you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

Eligibility & minors

You must be able to form a binding agreement to hold an account. Players under 18 require a parent or guardian to consent and manage their profile.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no falsifying records, scraping, harassment, or attempts to break security or verification. Verified data integrity is core to DCS.

Verified records & estimates

Verification badges attest to signed records at a point in time. AI outputs (selection probability, indices, rankings) are estimates with confidence — guidance, not guarantees, and never a promise of selection.

Camera & officiating

Smart-camera and DRS-style outputs are estimates that a human official confirms. They assist, they do not replace, official decisions.

Payments

Paid features are governed by the plan you select. Any transaction, sponsorship or payout features remain inactive until formally launched, at which point additional terms apply.

Intellectual property

DCS Sports, its software and brand are owned by DCS AI Technologies. You retain rights to the content and data you own; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, DCS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including selection or career outcomes.

Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, subject to protecting your data rights.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction. Questions? Reach us via the Contact page.
